Three Side Seal Pouches are a lower cost alternative to other pouches while remaining durable and secure. They have a pillow like design, are sealed along three sides and are opened at the top of the pouch. They are also ideal for stacked or hanging display meaning that with our customised design service they are the perfect way to advertise your brand.

Three Side Pouches are not usually resealable and are therefore to be used only once. They provide excellent content protection with strong barrier properties safeguarding against potential spoiling factors such as water vapour and oxygen infiltration.

The pouches are the ideal packaging for food products and are especially suitable for snacks, such as crisps and nuts. They are all FDA food grade approved.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can provide the free samples to you, but you have to pay for the shipping cost.

Q: How to process?
A: After providing your artwork, we will then break it down into separate colours identifying clearly where pantone colours and CMYK colours will be used
and also bring to your attention any recommended changes and identify any potential problems.

At the mean time, we making the cylinder for customers, after the plates are ready, we can start printing.

Q: May I have my own logo printing?
A: Yes, we are OEM company, customized designs are welcome anytime.

Q: How long it takes for production?
A: Customized orders takes 15-20 days, orders which need to add accessories like spout, valve and etc. add 10 days more.

Q: How do you print my design?
A: As long as you provide your artwork in software (Preferred Accepted:Adobe IIIustrator-AI or PDF formals.
All text and fonts converted to outlines; Corel Draw-Export files as Al. All text and fonts converted to curves.
All text and fonts converted to paths; Be sure to include all necessary linked images at high resolution in CMYK colour mode).
Design that is at the exact imprint size desired, positioned correctly on the die line, with all fonts outlined, with colors properly separated.

Q: What's your Mininum Order Qty (MOQ) do we need to order for a custom run?
A: It depends on your bags size,printed or plain and material structure.

If size small and printed, the quantity needed are slightly higher due to machine set up times. If bigger size and plain, the quantity is less.
